Here is a look at today’s Seasonal Saturday special! 🍽️✨

Just look at the colors on this plate! We are serving up a frenched pork chop from Destiny Meats, grilled to perfection and smothered in our sweet, smoky, and tangy house-made apricot adobo glaze.

We’re pairing it with:

🍠 Savory Purple Sweet Potato Mash: Creamy, rich, and naturally vibrant!

🥗 Harvest Kale Salad: Crisp kale tossed in a zesty guajillo chile vinaigrette, loaded with sweet, juicy mango, crunchy daikon radish, toasted pumpkin seeds, and crumbled queso fresco to balance out that delicious adobo heat, featuring produce from O'Rourke Family Gardens

Hard to believe we’re heading into the last month of the farmer's market season! It has been such a blast working with all this farm-fresh local produce and cooking up new, creative dishes every week—and today is definitely no exception!

We put together an incredible market special that celebrates some of the absolute best local meat and produce Central Illinois has to offer:

* 🥩 **Apricot Adobo Frenched Pork Chops:** Thick, juicy frenched pork chops sourced locally from our friends at **Destiny Meats** in Danvers, IL, glazed in a sweet, smoky, and tangy house-made apricot adobo sauce.

I wanted to share this news with you all yesterday, but I wanted to make sure everything was set up *just* right first! (Though if you stopped in for dinner last night, you might have caught a sneak peek!)

I am super excited to announce that we **finally have a dessert display case** at Sabor de México! 🎉 Now, whenever you step through the door, you can see all of our fresh, house-made sweet treats right on display!

To celebrate our display case debut this week, I put together a lineup featuring traditional Mexican classics alongside a huge fan favorite:

🍮 **Traditional Flan:** Silky, smooth, and topped with rich golden caramel sauce.

🍰 **Vanilla Tres Leches:** Ultra-moist, sweet, and made with love.

🍓 **Gelatina de Mosaico:** A beautiful, colorful, and refreshing mosaic jello made with sweet strawberry and vanilla!
