Eddy's Chinese and American Restaurant Hong Kong Chefs The best food from here to Vancouver, B.C. Eddy is an author, musician and educator who longs to gather his scattered family.

He was educated in Hong Kong, a professor at WSU and authored the book ‘From Sojourner to Citizen’. The year Mount St Helen's blew in 1981, Eddy was teaching Asian-American studies when he decide to gather his immediate family to Palouse Country. He left education to open family business thru out the American West. Locals and travelers love Eddy's attentive ways. He is a 7th generation Chinese-American not born here, go figure!
