Well we made it thru the day!! Grill finally kicked in around 1. I must say with my problem solving skills and my employees willing to adjust at a whim is how we did this today! I just love my work fam!! Sunday Funday ALWAYS

Today will be a bit different....my grill is down til tomorrow at least. We are doing what we can to be able to serve burgers. That being said it is a possibility that we will end up doing fryers only.
NO-grilled tenderloins-grill chicken of any kind today! We are making do with what we got!

After careful consideration, I have decided to close on Saturday, July 4th, to spend the day with family and friends, taking a break from the hectic week we've had and the heat. This will be the first time this summer I've seen the lake and the first year my nephew Bodie will truly experience and enjoy the fireworks (many of you know or have met my nephew). I wish everyone a wonderful and safe 4th of July, and we look forward to seeing you all on Sunday!
