A little SWEET sneak peek for tonight. 💗🇺🇸

RayRay’s Sweet Shoppe is joining Unleavened at Oscar Brown’s Tavern at Bella Vista Golf Course, and I may have gotten a little carried away with the sweets. 😂

Tonight you’ll find:

Buttercream filled, dipped in tiramisu candy melt and finished with chocolate drizzle

It’s been a little quiet over here… but definitely not because the ovens retired. 🤎

Life and work have been FULL lately, but before I hit the road for PA tomorrow, Unleavened is making sure the Rayray's Sweet Stop cooler at Bella Vista & Oscar Brown's Tavern is stocked back up GOOD. 🙌🏼

And this week we’re bringing some of our big, rustic, sourdough bakery-style cookies along for the ride.

🍪 Classic Chocolate Chunk
Our tried-and-true favorite. Thick, soft, loaded with chocolate and finished with a little flaky salt.

🤎 White Chocolate Biscoff
My personal favorite. White chocolate, Biscoff goodness, creamy cookie butter and that little cookie on top… whew. 😂

They’ll be joining RayRay’s Sweet Stop’s NEW cake pop flavors in the cooler tomorrow, and we are filling that thing UP.

It feels good to be baking for you guys again. 🤍

Forty loaves. One very full kitchen. And one incredibly special wedding table. 🤍

This was my largest bake yet, and every loaf was mixed, shaped, scored, and baked for Mr. and Mrs. Duffy’s beautiful family-style dinner.

There is something so meaningful about bread being broken and shared around a table as two families become one. What an honor it was for Unleavened to have a small part in such a special day.

Congratulations, Jack and Ellie! May your home always be filled with the presence of Jesus, plenty of laughter, and a table where people feel deeply loved.

Made with a swirl of marble orange cake pop dough and creamy vanilla cake pop dough, dipped in a chunky orange creamsicle coating, drizzled with vanilla, and finished with buttery creamsicle cookie crumbles.
