He’s the guy who pours your Pinot Grigio just a little more generously 🍷, then heads straight back to the kitchen to make you one of the best Zuppa di Pesce you’ve ever had.

Joe knows the art of Italian hospitality like no other. He remembers faces, makes you feel at home, and somehow turns dinner at Nicola’s into more than just a meal. It feels like you’re part of the family.
