MET John 31 years ago today when my friend Francesca dragged me to West Point for a picnic. That day I met my husband 🙂. Happy “day we met” anniversary! We were soon married after that. From WP>TN>Germany>Cold Spring >Fishkill>Poughkeepsie >Cold Spring!! Guess it worked out!

We opened in the heat of Covid hoping to offer healthy, immune building foods that are improving your health. We worked with masks and social distanced but we did it and the lines were out the door! Four years again I was blessed to expand to Splash Down Beach and this year to West Point! Thank you to all of our customers over the years! We appreciate you and look forward to many more.

I can’t tell you how much I love all of these girls! Most of them I’ve known their entire life and others have come into my life through my classroom. Nonetheless, I think of all of them as my daughters. I’m so proud of them for showing up and working hard and helping me make this business successful! These are just a few. And they crack me up every day!
