Appreciation post for all of the local restaurants (and small businesses) out there!! ❤️

It’s hot. 🥵 Staffing is a challenge. 😩 The cost of just about everything continues to rise. 💸 Running a small business (especially a restaurant) isn’t easy.

Behind every order taken, every meal served, every order packed, and every customer greeted is a team doing their absolute best.

Long hours, unexpected challenges, equipment issues, rising costs, and the constant balancing act of keeping both customers and employees happy…it’s a lot.

If you’ve ever worked in a restaurant, you get it. The pace is relentless, mistakes happen, and some days feel like you’re putting out one fire after another. But every day, people show up, work hard, support one another, and keep going.

So here’s to all of the restaurant owners, managers, chefs, cooks, servers, cashiers, dishwashers, delivery drivers, and every small business owner giving it everything they’ve got. Keep your heads up. Keep working hard. Give yourself a little grace when things don’t go perfectly.
