It’s corn season!

Savitsky’s Farm brought us corn and some great broccolini. We did creamed corn puree, roasted the broccolini, and threw some delish red w**e reduction over the top of braised short rib. Simple and delicious

Homemade meatball grinder with roasted marinara and shaved parm on a banh mi

Blackened fish tacos with greens and mango salsa on flour tortillas

Bison burger topped with extra sharp cheddar, Irish bacon, lettuce and tomato
