Last week, we were honored to welcome First Selectman Bernie Dennler to The Plum Tomato in Colchester!

Bernie graciously stopped by to celebrate our 25th anniversary and presented us with an official proclamation from the Town of Colchester. Owners Brian and Cindy, along with long-time employees Liz, Eric, and Erin, spent a wonderful afternoon reflecting on our history and sharing favorite memories from the past quarter-century.

We are truly grateful for this recognition of our commitment to the Colchester community. Thank you, Bernie, for such a thoughtful gesture! Cheers to the next 25 years! 🍅✨
