What an incredible weekend!

We want to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to the Watertown community and everyone who came out to the Rails to Trails event this weekend. This was ROLL'n SMOKE BBQ's first year being a part of this amazing event, and we couldn't have asked for a warmer welcome.

To everyone who stopped by our pop-up tent, shared a laugh with us, waited patiently in line, supported our small business, and enjoyed our BBQ—thank you. Your support means more than you'll ever know.

Seeing smiling faces, hearing your kind words, and watching people come back for seconds reminded us exactly why we do what we do. We poured our hearts into every plate we served, and because of you, our first Rails to Trails was an overwhelming success.

A special shout-out goes to Doug and the team at The Butchery in Maple Lake for supplying us with 40 racks of incredible ribs. We appreciate your quality, your partnership, and helping us serve the best BBQ we possibly can. The Carver County Sheriff's Department for keeping us safe and allowing ROLL'n SMOKE BBQ to honor them with a free meal on us! 👮‍♂️ 💪

From our family to yours—thank you for believing in us, supporting local businesses, and making our first Rails to Trails an unforgettable experience.

pulled brisket for the first time…
