Got a friend who’s never tried Pho? Send them this cheat sheet 👇

↖️Veggie pho - golden tofu + a garden’s worth of greens

↗️Beef pho - the rare steak cooks right in the hot broth

↙️Chicken pho - chicken noodle soup’s Vietnamese cousin

↘️ Bánh mì- crackly baguette, pickled veggies, fresh cilantro

Bring them in and show them the routine: lime, Thai basil, sprouts, slurp 🍜
