Hello Friends! While the original Flying Pig mobile has been taking a much deserved break out by our Hay Meadow west of C'ville, we've been hard at work getting ready for our next phase.

We've constructed a great new food trailer inspired by the old school Coffeyville built Comet trailers, fabricated by fellow C'villain Mike Tackett at Tach-it Metal Concepts. We have an amazing opportunity to open in Austin, TX that we can't pass up, but we want to wish a heartfelt thanks to everyone that came out and supported the Flying Pig during our run here in Coffeyville.

We're doing a sneak peak and test run today (Jan 18th) at Jan-L's Flowers here in downtown Coffeyville (809 Elm St) from 4pm - 8pm.
We'll post some pics and menu midday. But we'll definitely have the classics like Piggy Sandwich, Arancini, Pork & Ricotta Meatballs, Chicken Parm & Bread Pudding.

Come by and say Hi! We'd love to see you! And don't worry, once we're up and rolling in Austin, we plan to get the old truck back in service up here in the Ville.

It’s a beautiful day in Montgomery Co. We’ve taken the Pig Mobile on the road (a little bit). We’ll be at American Mill today from 2pm through dinner time. Come by and check us out.
