Lasagna Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
12 lasagna noodles
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
15 oz ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 large egg
2 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Serves: 8 | Prep time: 20 minutes | Cook time: 45 minutes
How to Make: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook lasagna noodles until just al dente and drain. Brown beef with onion, add garlic, then drain excess grease and stir in marinara sauce. Mix ricotta, egg, Parmesan, 1 tsp Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Layer sauce, noodles, ricotta mixture, and mozzarella in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, repeating the layers and finishing with sauce and mozzarella. Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes, uncover and bake 15–20 minutes until bubbly and browned. Rest 10 minutes before slicing.

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
4 cups beef broth
8 lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
½ cup ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Serves: 6 | Prep time: 15 minutes | Cook time: 30 minutes
How to Make: Brown ground beef with onion in a large pot and drain excess grease. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Stir in crushed tomatoes, beef broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper and bring to a simmer. Add broken lasagna noodles and simmer 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender. Ladle into bowls and top each serving with ricotta and mozzarella, allowing the cheese to soften into the hot soup.

How to Make: Brown beef with onion, add garlic, then drain excess grease and stir in marinara. Mix ricotta, egg, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Spread a thin layer of meat sauce in the slow cooker, then layer broken uncooked noodles, ricotta mixture, mozzarella, and meat sauce. Repeat, finishing with sauce and mozzarella. Cover and cook on LOW for about 4 hours, until the noodles are tender. Turn off the slow cooker and rest 15 minutes before serving.

How to Make: Brown ground beef and onion in a large deep skillet and drain excess grease. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Stir in marinara, water, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and broken uncooked lasagna noodles. Cover and simmer 15–18 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are tender; add a splash of water if the sauce becomes too thick. Spoon ricotta over the top, sprinkle with mozzarella, cover, and cook another 2–3 minutes until the cheese melts.
