Gluten intolerance or sensitivity can show up in more ways than just an upset stomach. Symptoms can vary from person to person and may include:

🤕 Headaches
🧠 “Brain fog” or difficulty concentrating
🦴 Joint or muscle discomfort
🤮 Nausea

My mind seeks peace in the tummy’s of all the celiacs. My heart hurts at the thought of a young adults and children who are mentally struggling to eat the fries at a place that fries gluten and so much more.. My hope is that all will realize how much damage really takes place when gluten gets you. (Even when there are no symptoms). Thanks for supporting my dream to tell the world about Celiac and gluten intolerance.
