This post was supposed to be about our trip to Yakima for hops, but as we rolled into town we got a call that harvest was pushed out a day. Hey, the pint glass is always half full!
We decided to either head to Pugent Sound to fulfill my Orca obsession or boogy to Leavenworth. For us, the only way to decide is always going to be flip a coin! 🪙 22 hours in Leavenworth was a blast!
Its been many years since we've been back to Doghaus Brewery and we are so glad because the Owner Joel will be moving to a new location in a year and a half. Get to the OG spot if you can!
München Haus is always great for brats, a giant mustard bar and a pint from Icicle Brewing Company
Joel recommended the new Base Camp Distilling and that was a blast for tastings thanks to Elizabeth!
We are now back in Yakima (Single Hill Brewing Co.) for our Wed AM pick up of freshly harvested hops to run back to Trails End where Lloyd Cargo will be getting the brew ready. Come over and smell them guys, its the BEST time of the year for a brewery! 🍻
And you must try the Rollercoaster at Leavenworth Adventure Park, the view is amazing!
