We are a dedicated gluten-free, organic sourdough bakery & café in midtown Coeur d’Alene, serving artisan sourdough breads, bagels, pastries, toasts, and coffee. We’re looking for kind, hardworking people who care about quality, teamwork, and creating an amazing experience for our guests.
We are currently hiring for:
☕ Barista
Help create a welcoming café experience by making espresso drinks, serving customers, packaging bakery orders, maintaining the café, and keeping the espresso bar running smoothly.
🥪 Sandwich & Toast Maker
Prepare our café menu items including bagels, toasts, and sandwiches, prep ingredients, keep the kitchen organized, and support the café team during busy hours.
🥖 Baker
Join our team making gluten-free sourdough breads, pastries, and other baked goods. Responsibilities include dough production, shaping, baking, prep work, cleaning, and maintaining quality standards.
We’re looking for reliable team members who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, are detail-oriented, and want to be part of a growing local business.
