Hi friends we are open today and tomorrow Labor Day! The Wagyu chopped cheese is flying off the grill. Don’t forget you can swap out Wagyu for free on any sandwich. Also rice bowls and cooper sharp are both on the menu full time now. So many options, you could do a Wagyu Cooper Chopped Cheese Rice Bowl if your heart desired.

The Wagyu Chopped Cheese was a huge hit yesterday. We sold a weeks worth in one day! We have restocked and have way more today. To answer a couple questions. Yes you can totally upgrade the cheese to Cooper Sharp, and it’s fantastic. You can also pick any sandwich we sell and swap out the meat for ground Wagyu for free. So if you want a Yoshi Chopped Cheese or a Pizza Chopped Cheese we can make it happen.

Last week was the last time Cooper Cheese was a special. Because it’s going to be on the menu full time now! Starting now we have cooper all the time and it will be on our new fall menu in a few weeks. You guys love it so much we made it happen. We will only have a limited number per day (15-20) so call early if you want cooper.
