Good evening, I am compelled to bring to your attention that we are experiencing exceptionally high volumes every day as summer approaches. Unfortunately, one of our customers recently called in for a pickup order and spoke rudely to my employee, going so far as to tell her to 'screw you.' I want to inform you that you are no longer allowed to place orders for pickup unless you apologize to her in person when you visit our restaurant. I am truly disappointed.
