Bison Skirt Steak
Char-grilled bison skirt steak over roasted red pepper risotto, finished with house walnut pesto, balsamic glaze, and chimichurri.

Duck Breast & Tortellini
Crispy skin duck breast served with walnut and goat cheese tortellini, port-fig pan sauce, walnut gremolata, and broccolini.
