Our wood-fired oven is officially alive, and this flame is about to become the heartbeat of our kitchen. Bringing smoke, char, heat, and another layer of flavor to what we do.

There’s something special about welcoming you into a space we’ve poured so much into. Ora de Nuit was created to feel intimate, beautiful, a little unexpected, and most importantly, like somewhere you want to stay awhile.

A note to our community. 🤍

As a brand-new small business, every reservation matters. Every table we hold is a table we’re counting on, and every night directly impacts the people who work incredibly hard to make Ora de Nuit special.

Unfortunately, this past Friday we experienced 25 separate fake reservations. Those empty tables represented guests we could have welcomed, revenue our new business depended on, and most importantly, money lost by our hardworking staff.

Because of this, we’re making a small change to our reservation policy.

Going forward, a credit card will be required to secure a reservation. Your card will NOT be charged when booking.

We simply ask that cancellations or changes be made at least 2 hours before your reservation. Cancellations within that window or no-shows may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee, at our discretion.

We understand that life happens. This policy isn’t about penalizing our guests. It’s about protecting our small business, our team, and the opportunity for another guest to enjoy that table.

The response from Cocoa Village and the Brevard community since we opened has been incredible. We’re grateful for every person who has walked through our doors, shared a meal with us, recommended us to a friend, or simply cheered us on.

This oven is about to change the way we cook at Ora de Nuit, bringing live fire, smoke, char, and another layer of flavor to the menu.

The restaurant may be open, but the vision is still coming to life piece by piece. We’re constantly pushing, improving, and adding the details that will make Ora exactly what we imagined it could be.

THE VISION IS BECOMING REAL. ✨

We know we’ve been having a little fun with AI lately… but there’s truly no better way to show you the vision for Ora de Nuit and where this space is headed.

So here’s a little reality vs. vision to get everyone excited, and on the same page about what we’re working to bring to Cocoa Village.

And the best part? A lot of it is already happening.

The new furniture has arrived. The private dining room is taking shape. And next up…beautiful French doors replacing the garage doors, brand new custom wood tables, warm wood ceiling fans, and layer after layer of detail that will completely transform the room.

We opened the doors before everything was finished intentionally. Our soft opening is exactly that, a chance to welcome you in while you watch Ora evolve around you.

Every week, something changes. Every week, we get a little closer.

We’re not just trying to open another restaurant. We’re building a place Cocoa Village can be proud of. A destination for dinner, drinks, music, celebrations, and unforgettable nights.
