Dear community, clients, and friends,

We share this message from the heart. With deep sadness, yet immense gratitude, we inform you that Kabob-a-licious has been forced to close until further notice. We could not communicate sooner as we were following legal guidance to protect our business, rights, and dream.

On October 20th, 2025, the property owner changed the locks and denied us access without notice or a court order—an illegal eviction under Florida law that took away our space, belongings, and part of our lives. This has caused us great pain, and we know many of you feel this loss too.

Kabob-a-licious was born from love and a dream to bring fresh, authentic flavors and culture to Cocoa Beach. Every dish, detail, and moment shared with you was made with passion and care. Seeing it threatened hurts deeply.

What happened goes against our values, and we are taking action. We want to be an example and a source of strength for other businesses facing similar challenges. We believe in justice, honest work, and mutual respect, and we welcome your voices—together, we can show that communities grow stronger when we support one another.

We also believe in the bigger picture: businesses like ours bring progress, attract tourists, diversify local options, and generate revenue that helps beautify Cocoa Beach and enrich the lives of everyone in the city.

We ask for your support more than ever. If you’ve enjoyed our food, service, or energy, please share your experiences. Your words are more than support—they are a light guiding us to rebuild what we have poured our hearts into.

Thank you for standing by us and believing in our dream. Cocoa Beach is an open, multicultural, warm-hearted community, and your support has shown us this every day. This is not goodbye. We will continue to fight with hope, love, and the strength of our community to come back stronger than ever.
