I’ve literally been running since we opened today, two hours straight and I’m still grateful.
Starting my morning routine earlier has changed everything. I’m building two companies at the same time… and both deserve the best of me.

Between the restaurant and The QB Firm, I’m easily putting in 40+ hours into each.
But every morning at 9AM, my assistant and I lock in:
delegating, automating, and eliminating anything that creates stress for me or my customers.

Your business shouldn’t drain you.
It should sustain you.

There was a season when I thought the answer to every problem in my business was just to do more.

Stay later.
Show up earlier.
Move faster.
Hold it all together… by myself.

And I had to be honest I wasn’t exhausted because I didn’t love my business.
I was exhausted because my business didn’t have systems to support me.

Our rush hours were getting heavy.
Guests had questions.
Front staff was juggling everything they could.
The kitchen was working full speed.
And I remember thinking:

“This can’t be the way we keep going.”

So instead of adding more pressure… I changed the process.

I started asking:
• What can I Delegate?
• What can I Automate?
• And what can I Eliminate that’s just stressing us out?

• The line moved faster
• Guests had more independence
• The team could breathe
• And I had peace again

Not because we hired more people.
