We are looking to hire for back of the house, an individual with kitchen experience (fry, grille, saute) to join our team.

We reward good attitudes and good work with praise and wage increases. We pay above minimum wage, this position has additional growth opportunity for the right person showing off their culinary skills and devotion to the business.

REQUIREMENTS
Be at least 18 years of age and can legally work in the United States.
Ability to work nights, holidays and weekends. Employee will not be required to work all the evenings or weekend shifts. We try to accommodate the schedule so that all employees are able to have a balanced home life.
Previous Restaurant cooking experience required (fry, grille, saute).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participate as a team-player.
- Prepares, seasons, finishes all menu items properly and according to the recipes.
- Basic knife skills.
- Ensures that all stations are clean and that all food is sealed, dated and handled according to health department. guidelines and Scuttlebutt standards.
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently.
- Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment.
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift; light prep required as needed.
- Arrive on time, ready to work, with a good attitude.

Salary range is commensurate with level of experience. Starting wages will be reviewed after the successful candidates first performance review.

Job Type:
Full-time or Part-time

Pay: Dependent upon experience level. Willing to train and invest in the right people.

Experience:
Cooking in a Restaurant: 2 -5 year a plus
