ONE YEAR. ONE BEAUTIFUL JOURNEY. & SO MUCH GRATITUDE. 💜🍯🐐

One year ago yesterday, Honey & Fig made its debut at VaLa Vineyards, and what a wonderful adventure this first year has been!

What began as a vision has grown into something so much more than artisan cheeses, charcuterie, and beautiful boards. It’s become a way to bring people together, spark conversations, celebrate special moments, and create connections around the table.

To everyone who has stopped by the cart, ordered a board, shared a kind word, brought a friend, recommended Honey & Fig, or invited us to be part of a celebration — thank you.

To the wonderful team (aka family) at VaLa Vineyards, thank you for welcoming Honey & Fig and giving this little dream a place to begin.

And to those who have returned again and again, sometimes just to see what’s new on the Artisan Cart, you have no idea how much that means to me.

This first year has been filled with learning, laughter, creativity, and more than a few unexpected adventures. I wouldn’t trade a moment of it. As one of my favorite fitness instructor always says, “You can do hard things.” I agree!

Here’s to everything we’ve created together, the memories we’ve made, and all the wonderful things still to come.

A little taste of fall has arrived. 🍂

Honey & Fig is back at VaLa Vineyards this weekend, and our Signature Cups have slipped quietly into the season.

Artisan cheeses, charcuterie or fig salami, fresh & dried fruit, crisp little bites, something sweet, a drizzle of honey… and just a few thoughtful nods to autumn tucked throughout.

Because fall doesn’t have to mean pumpkin everything. 😉

A little taste of autumn has arrived… 🍐

Meet La Petite Poire — a delicate bite layered with crisp pear, creamy Brie, a touch of fig preserves, ribbons of prosciutto, a whisper of thyme & the lightest drizzle of honey.

Sweet. Savory. Creamy. Crisp.
Each flavor has its moment, and then that little drizzle of honey brings them beautifully together.

Thoughtfully layered, perfectly bite-sized & made for these first days of fall.

La Petite Poire will be making her debut at the Artisan Cart this weekend at VaLa. 🤎

Because sometimes, it’s the littlest bite that becomes the whole moment.

So you’ll have to wait just one more day for The Last Taste of Summer — our newest Artisan Corner bite with creamy chèvre, fresh nectarine, blackberry, honeycomb & a delicate dusting of pistachio.

She’s worth the wait. 🍑🍯

Summer isn’t finished just yet.

We’re savoring every last golden bit of it with a new bite from The Artisan Corner — a little nod to those beautiful late-summer days we aren’t quite ready to let go.

Crisp crostini layered with creamy chèvre, fresh honey and strawberry plum, blackberry, a touch of honeycomb and a delicate dusting of pistachio.

Bright. Creamy. Sweet. A little tangy. And just enough crunch.
