This Saturday we have a wonderful dinner! A crunchy seasonal salad followed by the slightly softer textures of wild caught salmon filleted with spinach, local blue potatoes and bearnaise sauce by Angelo Tolfa . Saturday September 19th 👨‍🍳 Angelo Tolfa Angelo Tolfa is making us a shields valley showcase of delicious local ingredients. Seasonal salad with kale/arugula/greens, sweet potatoes, beets from amalathia garden, pomegranate, toasted pepitas, with amalathia’s goat cheese.

8/15/26 We have a delicious dinner by 👨‍🍳 Angelo Tolfa this week! Angelo is pulling out all the stops and bringing us some of his family’s Italian recipes!! Crostini with bruschetta, Italian wedding soup, chicken roulade over garlic mashed potatoes with Marsala w**e reduction sauce and a raspberry panna cotta for dessert. 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🥰

Saturday August 1st we take a trip to 🇲🇦 Morocco with 👩‍🍳.eyman We’ll be feasting on carrot salad with sweet lemon vinaigrette, cucumber mint gazpacho, lamb and beef meatballs with herb drizzle and Moroccan potato salad, and pistachio date truffles. 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤

We have an excellent meal this week by .earth 👩‍🍳Kate is going to be dazzling your tastebuds 👅with a menu of: sungold tomato sweet 100 gazpacho, highland harmony Sonoran wheat focaccia, pan con tomate with whipped bone marrow, local greens and watercress salad with sherry vinaigrette. The main will be Montana lamb with anchovy butter, Iacopa farm’s Italian butter beans with Italian salsa verde aoli and apricot almond cake with whipped crème fraiche for dessert! Yummy! Be well!
