Consider our trim a personal win! For you. Over the past year as beef prices keep climbing, we have been steady grinding to provide the best possible product for our guest. From Pre-trimming to wrapping them tight in butcher paper and tallow, we have continued to improve our process.
The only downside is we have produced way too much Tallow, so starting now through Saturday, come in and ask for a free pint of tallow with any purchase. Be sure to follow us to start seeing more behind the scenes clips of our new process.
