KIOSK ORDERING... let's chat about it.🖤

You may have noticed these tablets set up in our lobby for a little while now. We're always looking for ways to improve speed and efficiency at Blackwater while still maintaining that wonderful connection we have with our Clovis community.

So why Kiosks?

⏳️Zero-pressure ordering - Are you someone that likes to browse and look at their options but doesn't want to hold up the line? Our kiosks are 100% for you. View our entire menu + all of the modifications you can make to drinks and food and do so without the pressure of other customers tapping their foot behind you!

👓️Easier to read - Our menu boards hanging up on the walls aren't always the easiest to view from the line. The Kiosks bring you the menu up close and personal for easy to view options!

🏃Quicker service - We fulfill orders as they come in to our system. If you can squeeze your way into the queue by ordering on the kiosks - do it! They're perfect for those busy mornings.

☕️Helpful to Baristas - When it's busy and it's all hands on deck behind the bar, sometimes it is SO helpful to us when you order on the kiosks versus at the register. We're able to primarily focus on your drinks and food and get orders out as quickly as possible.

One of our favorite parts of serving Clovis is getting to talk to you all. We never want you to feel like you HAVE to order on our kiosks. Our baristas are always there to help you with any questions and concerns or just to chat! That's the best part of the job. 🖤

You may have noticed that shaken espressos have Blackwater in a chokehold at the moment and it's for a good reason!🤩

This Apple French Toast Shaken Espresso is basically breakfast in a cup. It's frothy from the aerated espresso, creamy from the splash of oat milk, and the perfect touch of sweetness balanced with that extra shot of espresso. 👌

Abby has been apart of our team since June which is so hard to believe because we've always said it feels like she's worked here for years. She is just one of those baristas that has every shift locked down. Here's what her leadership team had to say about her:⁠

We are BACK with the coziest fall sips. Meet your new line-up of drinks:

🍎Apple French Toast Shaken Espresso - Housemade maple pancake syrup and caramel apple butter syrup shaken w/ espresso over ice with a splash of creamy oat milk. All shaken espressos come with an extra shot.

☁️Mya's Marshmallow Cloud Chai - Toasted marshmallow syrup in a dreamy chai latte topped with fluffy whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon. Created by the one and only, Mya.

🎃Pumpkin Pie Latte - The reason for the season! Caramel and pumpkin pie syrup ina latte topped with whipped cream, caramel drizzle, and pumpkin pie spice.

🍪Oatmeal Cookie Cold Brew - Cookie butter syrup and white chocolate sauce in a decadent cold brew topped with housemade cookie butter cold foam and a biscoff cookie crumble.
