Seven years ago I started Cherry On Top with a little ice cream truck and a BIG dream…to serve up smiles, spread joy, and bring something sweet to our community. I never could have imagined how many memories she would be part of.
Cherry has been there for birthdays, baby showers, weddings, grad parties, anniversaries, gender reveals, corporate events, neighborhood celebrations, and so many “just because” summer nights. Every item served came with laughter, stained tongues, a fun remix of traditional ice cream music, and moments I’ll never forget. I have met some incredible people through this journey that will always hold a special place in my heart.
Our community welcomed us with open arms and allowed Cherry to be part of thousands of celebrations. Watching kids grow up year after year and seeing families come back again and again has meant more than I can put into words.
Today I’m closing a beautiful chapter as this sweet little truck heads off to a new family who will continue making memories with her. While it’s bittersweet to say goodbye, I know she’ll keep serving’ up smiles and spreading joy wherever she goes.
