Today’s specials is:
Tacos Gobernador
(aka Tacos Mazatlán)
These tacos originated in the Mexican state of Sinaloa.
They have shrimp, poblano peppers, aioli, cheese and roasted pineapple wrapped in a corn tortilla.
Served with rice and beans.
We also have :
Enchiladas Chilangas.
Three green cheese enchiladas with shredded chicken, topped with chopped onions , sour cream, lettuce and cilantro. Served with rice and beans.
