Gino, began his career in the area of the Adriatic Sea where he specialized in preparing varieties of fish and homemade pasta. After several years, Gino brought his unique experience to the NYC restaurant, Dolphin. After that, Gino moved on to Giraffe Restaurant, where he specialized in fine Italian dining. Dimora was very successful and that launched the opening of Primavera Restaurant in Croton

Falls. Kenny’s history travels all the way back to Coco Pazzo on 74th Street in NY. He worked as a Manager in the mid nineties, until he ventured off to Grisson’s in Englewood Cliffs, NJ, where he was the General Manager. Kenny has also worked at the Famed Peter Lugers in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. In 1999, Kenny met up with Gino, when they both went to Dimora. There, Kenny managed the Front and Gino the Kitchen. Sear House is their latest restaurant. Together they have created an Über chic steakhouse that truly is an incredible dining experience. The Sear House is an ultra modern restaurant with 2 floors. Once inside you will notice all the glass that surrounds the restaurant. Their one of a kind bar with a bar that changes colors is a must see. The restaurant features a unique string of water that comes down on stones and gives that Zen feeling. There is a lounge with a state of the art fireplace that has become a conversation centerpiece.
