Holy Smokes Catering Holy Smokes is a 28’ mobile food trailer with an NSF certified Wood-fired smoker. All of our meat is smoked over nothing but 100% aged oak.

We are Faith, family, and community servants. God is the Pitmaster, we just light the fires!

The event provides resources for seniors and raises awareness of senior abuse.
The vendor booth proceeds go to fund the meals of wheels program for seniors.

They are a crowd favorite and not too
