10 years ago a “kid” with a dream of owning a restaurant approached his mom with an opportunity. An opportunity that cost a lot of money I didn’t have, and someone willing to take a chance on me.

Ffwd 10 years later.. Diane’s sauce is one of the staples across our menus, and neither of us could have dreamt or imagined what this would turn into and how busy this restaurant would be thanks to all of you supporting us.

Mom even stepped out of retirement recently to be Cosi’s daytime host, and we’re working side by side as a family with more time together now than we’ve had in a very long time. Maria Renzo Juliet Upchurch

In order for our kitchen to keep up these days, we had to make a difficult decision to discontinue soups moving forward.

We’re not the largest of kitchens out there, we try our best to keep up with serving everyone, and we do apologize for disappointing the soup-lovers of Cosi.

Hopefully we can introduce you to some different menu items over time you’ll fall in love with.

And thank you all so very much for keeping us working and busy. ♥️🫶

Our building has been working OT this past week 🥵🥵

We’re going to take a slightly longer weekend break. Meaning tomorrow Tuesday, July 28 we’re OPENING at 4:00 instead of our normal 11:00 and skipping lunch service. Normal hours the rest of the week.

We’re CLOSED this coming Sunday, April 5th for the holiday.

Thank you all for keeping us going and choosing us in your dining rotations.

Anybody who’s dined with us recently we apologize regarding the volume level (or if you left unimpressed for any reason please email us.) As we continue updates to give you the prettiest dining room possible, the recent acoustics changed and thankfully were addressed today. (It was much louder at times the past two weeks than our normal)
