🥳🥳We are here in Haysi today and tomorrow, June 5th&6th, across from Belcher Insurance at the gazebo. We are excited to be back, and we hope y'all are too!!

I'll have everything on my regular menu, as well as limited amount of SMOKED MEATLOAF, SMOKED SALMON and CHOCOLATE CAKE OVERLOAD. Don't forget those LOADED SIDEWINDER FRIES and MASHED TATERS.

I never did because it takes days of prep for a setup, and honestly I didn't have the time. I've been corresponding with my supplier and they have many options of pre-made goodies, that are really awesome!! We'll see how this goes...

➡️➡️Tomorrow along with my ORIGINAL SMOKED MEATLOAF and my SIGNATURE SMOKED SALMON, we'll be offering something new as well, mashed potatoes, and these aren't fake taters.

On Friday and Saturday, June 5th&6th, we'll be in Haysi at the Gazebo.

🥳🥳📣📣I've heard y'all loud and clear!! Looks like I'll be bringing my ORIGINAL SMOKED MEATLOAF AND SMOKED SALMON, both days and I'll be bringing some SMOKED BOLOGNA on Saturday only. I've made smoked bologna a few times in the past and I'm bringing it back!! I'll also have some awesome mashed taters as a side too!! I did them last year for a catering for a company, and they are soooooo good!!! I can't wait for y'all to try them and my SMOKED SALMON, YOU'LL LOVE IT!!!

🔜🔜SNEAK PEEK 👀 NEXT WEEK, get ready Wise County, PIG-N-OUT is coming to YOU!!! We'll be at the Virginia Kentucky District Fair all week!!
