🦪 We’re proud to welcome Tucker Oyster Co to our raw bar!

We believe some of the best food tells the story of where it comes from — we’re excited to now be exclusively serving TOC oysters, sustainably grown right here in the waters of Clinton & Madison.

What began as one person’s passion for sustainable aquaculture has grown into one of Connecticut’s newest oyster farms. After years of learning from local growers and earning permits to farm in Clinton and Madison, Samuel Tucker celebrated his very first harvest in 2025—and we’re honored to share that harvest with you.

Briny & fresh, these oysters are a true taste of our shoreline.

Come pull up a seat, enjoy the view, and taste what local is all about 🐟🦪
