Had a blast going down to see Thyron Mathews BBQ throw down some great BBQ at Bent River Brewing Company for lunch. Everything was amazing, great job Thyron! And thank you Toni’s Smokin’ Grill for making this happen and puttin in some work too!

Its been another long while...I apologize for my lack in posting. I was able to cater a wedding a month or so ago, which is always a fun opportunity, I smoked a bunch of pork butt. I also won the privilege to go to Texas and take a class at a Texas Monthly top 50 place, which was an amazing experience and I learned other techniques and some recipes. I also got to experience an event called Open Fire Meat Up while in Texas. Ill post some pics from my adventures. Ill be taking orders in the next couple of weeks, keep an eye out for that announcement. Hope yall have a great night!
