Please plan for a Benefit Breakfast Fundraiser to benefit the Child’s Advocacy Center.

Any donations would be great and we will be doing pancakes or biscuits and gravy, with scrambled eggs and sausage.

All for just $10.00. Just come and pay at the door.

This breakfast will help benefit more children of our community that needs our help.

We recently had another food critic visit Apple Blossom Café & Catering. Overall, the review wasn’t bad, and we appreciate anyone who takes the time to visit our restaurant and share their experience.

However, we also want to point out something that is important when watching food review videos: pay attention to the entire video—not just the final reaction or rating.

For example, our macaroni and cheese was described as being cold. But if you watch the video closely, the macaroni and cheese sits on the table for several minutes before the first bite is taken. Naturally, food—especially the portion on top—is going to begin cooling as it sits.

The meat was also described as not having enough seasoning. However, the meat was served with gravy, which is intentionally part of the flavor of that particular dish. Everyone’s preference for seasoning is different, and what one person considers under-seasoned may be just right—or even heavily seasoned—to someone else.

That is why we encourage people to look at the whole picture when watching restaurant reviews. A video can provide useful information, but it represents one person’s experience, on one visit, with one meal.

Running a restaurant is something you truly have to experience to understand. Every plate, every customer, and every day can be different. You may try something once and decide it isn’t your favorite, then come back another day, order something different—or even the same dish—and say, “That’s one of the best meals I’ve ever had.”

We welcome constructive feedback because it helps us continue to improve. At the same time, we hope people remember that no single review—good or bad—can completely define a restaurant.

At Apple Blossom Café & Catering, we will continue doing what we have always tried to do: serve our community, listen to our customers, learn from feedback, and work every day to provide good country-style food and a welcoming place to enjoy it.

And as always, we appreciate everyone who walks through our doors and supports a locally owned restaurant. ❤️

Today, we had the pleasure of hosting and catering a beautiful 60th Wedding Anniversary celebration at Apple Blossom Café & Catering! ❤️

The celebration was simple, casual, and filled with love, along with some delicious country-style food prepared right here at the Blossom.

A very special thank you to Ms. Tina Phillips for choosing us to be a part of such a meaningful milestone and allowing us to help celebrate her parents’ 60 incredible years of marriage.

We truly appreciate you trusting Apple Blossom with such a special occasion. Congratulations to the happy couple, and here’s to many more wonderful years together! 💕

WE NEED YOUR HELP!!!!!!!

🍎 🌸HELP US CELEBRATE NEARLY 50 YEARS OF APPLE BLOSSOM HISTORY! 🌸🍎

As we head into next year, the building that is now home to Apple Blossom Café & Catering will be approaching 50 years in its current location here in Clinton.

But the story of Apple Blossom goes back even further.

From what we know, the café’s history began in the downtown Clinton area nearly 100 years ago. Over the years, it changed hands, grew, and eventually made its way to the location we know today.

We know that Katherine and Chuck Miller purchased the café in downtown Clinton in the early 1970s. They later built the current building and moved the café to this location in 1977.

However, there are still pieces of this history we don’t know — and that’s where we need our community’s help!

We are looking for old photographs, names of previous owners, dates or years of ownership, newspaper clippings, menus, advertisements, stories, or any other memorabilia connected to the café throughout the years — including its time in downtown Clinton before moving to its current location.

If you or someone in your family owned the café, worked there, remembers visiting it, or has anything that could help us piece together its history, we would love to hear from you.

Please bring any information, photographs, or memorabilia by Apple Blossom Café & Catering. If you have original photographs or items you would like to keep, we can simply gather the information or make copies.

Our goal is to create a special historical display inside the restaurant honoring the people, families, and memories that helped shape this café throughout the generations.

This building and this café have been part of Clinton for a long time, and we want to make sure the people who helped build its story are remembered.

Help us preserve Apple Blossom history and celebrate almost 50 years at our current location! 🌸🍎
