:::::::::::::::::::::STORY TIME:::::::::
I just want to set the record straight.
I was told hmmmm I don't know a couple weeks back that I rub it In other food truck owners' faces because I cook my food fresh and apparently they do not. Now let me just say before I go any further, in this
I'm not bashing anybody. I'm telling you what I was told and I don't know who does and who does not cook. "Fresh" food
Or what anyone's definition of fresh food really is, but I'm gonna tell you mine and my story of what happened the other day.
And I honestly don't care how they cook their food. I don't have to eat it.
I was scrolling, Facebook and I saw another food truck owner had copied some things that I've been doing. And before I go any further yet, again, let me just make it very clear that no I do not own the rights to any slogans or anything of that,
it's just things that I come up with on my own. And apparently they are super cool ,cool enough for people to be stealing the idea. 😂😂🤣🤣🤣
So with all of that being said, another food truck owner had posted something similar to what I post and upon
her calling me on the phone after I made a post about it. She proceeded to tell me that I rub it in people's faces that I make my food fresh🤨🤐. Yes, I do. I Go to the store and buy my food, and I cook it fresh for every event. Yes, I do. Absolutely. I believe in fresh food, Homemade food ,cooked fresh for EVERY EVENT .
I BELIEVE when you are the owner of a food truck do it your way,
Be unique. Be different Stand out and thats what I do
Food trucks are not supposed to be corporate,
Ok now thats all outta the way let me continue with what I was told and let's set the record stright.
So because I cook my food fresh, her exact words were. I don't have time to roast a whole a** lamb or slaughter her cow every week to make it fresh to me. I know she'll see this, and I know she'll say something. And I know she'll make her own post, and I know her fans and my hatets will come out and talk smack and Im ok with that!!!!
, but to me, that was a very childish answer.
So this is where I need to set the record straight. No, I do not cook a fresh lamb. Slaughter it every week nor do I slaughter a cow every week to do fresh meat, but what I do do and what I do mean by fresh is, I go to the store, I buy the freshest possible meat that they have. I cook it on the grill, and I season it myself, I am not ordering it from any other food places already cooked and season where I have to drop it in a pan of boiling water to heat it up or drop it on a grill. Everything is freshly made the day before an event.
So please, this is PSA I do not slaughter cows🐄🐷🐑🐔🐔. I do not roast lambs for days on end. My meat is freshly bought from the store and cooked the day before the event ,served the day of the event. I do not have baby lambs and cows running around my house at my disposal. I do not have a slaughterhouse at my disposal. Nor am I rich enough to do any of that, but I appreciate that my food is so good that people think it's that fresh.
My garlic aioli and PHF sauce is all made fresh for every event. None of my sauces are store bought, except for my A1 ,my barbecue and my taziki.
So I guess what this post is really for is just to make sure that everyone is well aware that when I say my food is fresh, it's freshly bought from the store seasoned with my seasoning, my love on my grill and most importantly, apologize to anyone that I ever gave the impression to that I have time and or the resources to be slaughtering Animals!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
