Che Cosa At Che Cosa, we roast our beans fresh on site daily. We've been In business for over 27 years because we are always striving to make ourselves better! Clemens.

We've been around since 1997...started off as a hip coffeehouse in Downtown Mt. We were famous for our awesome coffee, chill atmosphere, and amazing homemade soups, sandwiches, and desserts. In 2003, we started roasting our own coffee. We always had the Monday night Open Mics, weekend bands and singers, and plenty of space to hang and meet new people. In 2012, The Box Theater moved into the main p

art of Che Cosa in order to save money on the expensive rents in town, and Che Cost took over the back area to continue with our business. Always changing with the times, Che Cosa offered live theater to Downtown Mount Clemens. Finally, in 2014, it was time for Che Cosa to say Good-bye to Mount Clemens and move down the street to Clinton Twp, where we live today. And as always, Che Cosa changed with the times. Now, we are known as a coffee roaster, roasting fresh coffee on a daily basis. You can find Che Cosa coffee online at www.checosacoffee.com, in store, and at all Randazzo Fresh Markets. Our hours? We know they are funky, and people get mad, but I am also a full time high school teacher now, educating the young in marketing and business. Thank you for being part of the Che Cosa family for 25 years!

MY EXPERIENCE IN GRAND RAPIDS
Just wanted to share with everybody my experience in Grand Rapids. I'm here for a conference for my other job as an Asst. Principal. I stopped into a local roaster/shop to try them out. Very snooty, and they only have 10 oz lattes, which how can I get that ice. The girl behind the counter was very dismissive and the clientele was also the same. BTW, that 10 oz iced latte would be $8. I said thank you and went on my way. I saw a local bagel place and I went in, asked them if they had iced lattes, they did. The place was very cool, chill, nothing fancy. I joked with the girl behind the counter, and she was meeting me on comment. I mentioned my experience at the other place, and she was able to name it by name (I won't do that though). She made me their specialty of the month (because they didn't have caramel.). I got a PB&J latte with skim milk. She had a line, got the people ordered and then made the drink. She did it with care and showmanship (found some new things to bring to Che Cosa). I saw the drink she was making and thought it looked good. She called Fred, and I was disappointed that it wasn't mine, but then I remembered that was the name I gave her. She laughed because she called it again and knew it wasn't my name (she asked what is a good name, and I said Fred.) Anyway, I got the drink, it was AWESOME, I mean rivals Che Cosa. I thanked her and was on my way. So, the moral of the story, When in Grand Rapids, stop by Terra Bagels. They have awesome coffee - the bagels also looked really good too!

We roasted some new flavors! Trying out some new ideas, let us know what you think. Come on in and sample the new brews. We also have small $4 bags for you to bring home and brew. We are seeing which ones we should add to the rotation.

We are excited to announce a new development at Che Cosa. We understand how difficult it is to drive down Crocker or Harper and smell our coffee roasting. Then the confusion you have when you walk in the shop and can’t figure out which coffee to get with all our varieties and different smells. So starting today, Che Cosa has replaced the coffee you love with Folgers. Now we are not “secretly replacing our coffee with Mountain grown Folgers crystals.” We are using the fresh ground sealed in the plastic container!
