A little different post for our Facebook, but one that is very close to all of our hearts.
Recently, our owner, Ann, was diagnosed with lymphoma. This was a very sudden diagnosis that took us all by surprise. To us, Ann is so much more than an owner. She is family. She is someone who has loved us, supported us, encouraged us, and poured so much of herself into Jack Mason’s and the people who make it what it is.
She has been a friend, a teacher, a sister, a mom, a daughter, a boss, and a good wine-drinking partner 😉. She has supported and loved so many people, and now it’s our turn to surround her with that same love.
From the entire Jack Mason’s family, we are asking our friends, customers, and community to please keep Ann in your thoughts and prayers. These next few days are going to be a test, but one I’m certain Ann will excel through. Pray for strength on the difficult days, peace in the uncertain moments, wisdom for her doctors, comfort for her family, and most of all, healing.
Ann, please know that you are not walking through this alone. You have an entire family and community standing beside you, cheering you on, loving you, praying for you, and ready to support you through every step of this fight.
Cancer picked the wrong woman.
We love you more than words can say, Ann. From all of your family at Jack Mason’s… go kick cancer’s ass. ❤️
