The coffee cart will eventually be finished. The canopy will go up. The lights will turn on, and people will see the final result.

But these moments are the part I’ll remember most.

Jess and I spending an evening side by side, turning our living room into a workshop, learning as we go, and having entirely too much fun making something with our own hands.

Tonight, we were creating the black stripes for the canopy. It may seem like a small thing, but it’s another piece of a dream we’re building together.

And honestly? The time spent together has been the best part of all. 🖤🧙‍♂️🧙‍♀️

One step closer to bringing this old-world dream to life.

The firelight is finally burning, the lanterns are glowing, and for the first time it’s starting to feel less like a project and more like a place.

Still plenty of work ahead, but tonight we’re enjoying the view.

Built another piece of the cart today.
Spent the day sealing the service bar and getting it protected for the road ahead. Every coat makes this thing feel a little less like a project and a little more like a real coffeehouse on wheels.

Trying to build something that feels old world, warm, durable, and alive instead of disposable. Lots of late nights, sawdust, stain, mistakes, redesigns, and problem solving… but it’s finally starting to come together.

Still a long way to go, but the vision is becoming real. ☕🪵🛞

Built by hand from the ground up.

Over the past few months I’ve been slowly building Stag & Stone Coffeehouse into a real mobile coffee cart for markets, festivals, private events, and gatherings across North Georgia.

What started as raw lumber and sketches is finally starting to take shape.

The goal has always been to create something that feels different from the usual pop-up setup. Warm lighting, dark stained wood, old-world atmosphere, real conversation, and quality coffee made with care.

We’ll be serving organic, pesticide-free coffee, handcrafted espresso drinks, pour overs, teas, lemonades, house-made syrups, and fresh pastries from our commissary kitchen.

Still plenty left to do, but seeing it come together piece by piece has been incredibly rewarding.

Something different is slowly taking shape.

Over the past few months, we’ve been building Stag & Stone Coffeehouse by hand, board by board and panel by panel, with the goal of creating a mobile coffeehouse for markets, festivals, private events, and gatherings across North Georgia.

This isn’t a wrapped trailer or a rushed pop-up setup.

The cart itself is being handcrafted with stained wood, iron hardware, warm lighting, and an old-world atmosphere built around good coffee and real conversation.

Our focus is simple.

• Organic, pesticide-free coffee
• Locally sourced beans when available
• Handcrafted espresso drinks and pour overs
• House-made syrups and seasonal flavors
• Fresh baked pastries from our commissary kitchen

We’re still in the build phase, but it’s starting to come together more and more every week.

Really excited to share more of the process as we keep building this thing out. More updates, menu previews, and launch info coming soon.
