Reservations are open. ROSY Supper Club No. 1 lands October 28.

Phila + Rachel Lorn of Mawn (byob) are trading Philly for Cleveland to cook with us around the fire. Their no-rules noodle house runs on family, Cambodian roots, Southeast Asian flavor, and a point of view all their own.

Thank you The New York Times for coming to Hingetown and shining a spotlight on our little restaurant. We’re over the moon.

Thank you to our entire team. Y’all kill it Every Damn Day, and it’s so inspiring to watch the joy you bring to the food and to the culture.

At ROSY, we cook with love, rarely making the same thing twice. We live to celebrate our farmers, our community and our friends around the fire.

To be seen after only 6 months feels incredible. We can’t wait to see y’all soon- walk in and say hello.
