Today Cleveland chapter celebrated its 65th anniversary. Don’t ever think that I started from no where. Auntie Mrs. Parker is backed with history, bona fide’ civil rights activists and a whole heap of education behind her. Blessed to be be in the presence of the Montgomery Bus Boycott riders. They laid down the foundation for me and others to rise. In my presence sat Cleveland Hts very own track star, Antoine Kennedy and his wife, the HONORABLE JUDGE Joy Kennedy, Mr. and Mrs. James Catledge, Former drum major and Cleveland, Ohio high school counselor Daniel Brinson II and his son Daniel Brinson III (Q Dogg), and Willa Walker to name a few. I am honored and grateful for being able to sit with the greats. I hope to shine a light on the next generation as well.
