Lil Jimmie’s has been a lil quiet because we were welcoming our newest barista! What kind of coffee cart owner would I be if his going home outfit didn’t have something to do with coffee?!

Now that mom & baby are doing great, we would LOVE to have you book with us in 2026! Get a quote using the link below 🩵

A very special thanks to for building our cart and trailer! He brought our vision to life! We are so grateful for all his hard work (and of course).

As well as designs & branding from & Bailey Walters!

We have felt the love, support, and prayers from our family & friends. We are so thrilled to serve our Northeast GA community delicious espresso & homemade syrups!

You maybe asking yourself who is Jimmie and why is he Lil? Well this post is to introduce THE Jimmie Gilbert, my Popaw, is who we named our business after. He started and ended his day with a black cup of coffee. There were countless times when I filled his thin lipped mug (you wouldn’t have caught him with a thick mug) with brewed Maxwell House grounds in the iconic Bunn coffee pot. He sadly passed away January 11th, 2023 but there is no other way I’d love to honor Popaw more than naming our coffee cart after him. 💛
