Today marks second year in my new location and wait for it… 28 years self employed. No investors / no bank loans or partners. Crazy I have been self employed longer than some of my friends have been alive.

Starting at One Cleveland Center and moving to IMG for two decades! Now part of Aecon / Westin Hotel! During covid and after covid I had regrets… same as any business owners .. should of saved more but then I wouldn’t of been able to teach classes at inner city schools or do dinners and events for charities close to my heart or simply support my friends in the industry and what would my career ever really mean then?

It has been a beautiful ride including going to The Masters / Superbowls/ playoffs / juicing for professional sport teams for over 15 years and being part of The Rock Hall “Celebrity Chefs”. My love for music makes this so close to my heart ❤️

Meeting many bands that I once had theor posters on my walls come in and be able to talk to them for hours . Some have become my friends! Meeting all of you and being a part of your special days will always be what fills my soul daily!

Food Network shows , meeting Presidents and even cooking and preparing raw food at Quantico and whk could ever put a price on that !

The past two years in out industry and new place has been humbling and back to square one. Taking the sales that day and getting product at night for the next day. A lot of crying and trying I call it ! I kept going and the past year was the best yet ! So never give up if you still want it. Life is so short and creating a career and life you truly enjoy is what the secret is. So now I can get my personal lifestyle back on track and so many new fun things in the works. I see it as learning from the past mistakes and failing forward allows me to see only opportunities in today and tomorrow!

Thank you and your messages , visits and love truly made some really rough times, big health issues a lot easier to carry and I love you guys!! I really do xo

Even the ones that weren’t kind or supportive because I get it , I really do. After such a crazy time in history we all did the best we could and assuming the worse is sometimes a lot easier than feeling lost. I found my anchor and hopefully I can be a safe place to dock if you are experiencing rough tides against you. It always gets better and i will leave a candle in the window for you to find your way back home. The greek in me .. am i right ? 😂❤️❤️❤️
