𝗝𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸-𝘂𝗽 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿
We are hiring a production team member/back-up delivery driver! As a crucial member of our operations, you will be responsible for bagging, blending, packing, and shipping our products to our cafes and customers. You will also take part in quality control tastings and cuppings with the roastery staff. On days when the delivery driver is off, you will be responsible for ensuring our products reach our cafes, wholesale customers, and grocery stores efficiently and on time. Bonus: you get to see some beautiful sunrises!
𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Production/ Back-up Delivery Driver
𝗛𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀: Full-time, 40 hours per week
𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗲: $18/hr
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
✪ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
✪ Proven ability to handle delivery logistics and prioritize tasks effectively.
✪ Motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
✪ Familiarity with local driving routes and efficient delivery practices, and adhering to traffic and safety regulations at all times.
✪ Ability to maintain high brand standards in a detail-oriented, repetitive setting that includes prioritizing tasks effectively and relaying issues to the management team.
✪ Attention to detail to maintain cleanliness, quality, and efficiency to achieve brand standards.
