It’s Monday and I started the briskets about 4 hours ago for there 18 hour cook. Looking forward to all our customers coming to see us this week. Remember our great salad bar and world famous hamburgers with fries or our homemade onion rings. Come and see us. Thanks Big Mike

Saturday steak night come on out and join us. I’ll bring a ribeye roast out to your table and cut it for you then I’ll go cook it at the temperature you want. Will serve it up. You can get you a baked potato and fix it anyway you’d like a salad we’ll have our homemade yeast rolls. Miss Marla made her world, famous chicken and dumplings. I tried a bowl. OK, everyone end of the week is here!!! and we’re cooking and having our every day great barbecue here. As you know today is all you can eat fish buffet. And tomorrow is our famous steak night. Steaks cut at your table and cooked out on a pit over Pecan Wood. I’d really like to hear from all our stake eaters of how you enjoy the steaks. Come on y’all leave me a comment on the steaks. Good morning everyone it’s Saturday morning and we’re getting everything ready here. Briskets are wrapped ribs are on. We got everything ready to go. This is steak night as you will know we’ll be starting cooking steaks at 4:30 cutting them at your table at your desired thickness and cook them to your preferred temperature. They come with baked potato salad bar and I haven’t decided yet but there’ll be chicken and dumplings or chicken and egg noodles again this week. I haven’t heard any response on them so I don’t know which one you prefer but as you know, they’re both delicious so come in it’ll be a little surprise for you which one we cook today.
