Good morning everyone it’s Saturday morning and we’re getting everything ready here. Briskets are wrapped ribs are on. We got everything ready to go. This is steak night as you will know we’ll be starting cooking steaks at 4:30 cutting them at your table at your desired thickness and cook them to your preferred temperature. They come with baked potato salad bar and I haven’t decided yet but there’ll be chicken and dumplings or chicken and egg noodles again this week. I haven’t heard any response on them so I don’t know which one you prefer but as you know, they’re both delicious so come in it’ll be a little surprise for you which one we cook today. Happy Saturday morning to everyone, I hope you are having a wonderful day. I also hope that you have planned to do some things today. Also hope that you would come by and visit the restaurant today. Enjoy the food the company and the excellent service you will receive. Today is steak night starting at 4:30. I will bring out the ribeye roast and cut it at your table to the thickness that you want and cook it to the temperature you want. It comes with a salad bar, baked potato, and a little surprise today. Instead of Miss Marla’s, excellent chicken and dumplings I have prepared my grandmother’s world, famous recipe for chicken and egg noodles. Try them over a mound of mashed potatoes and corn. Good morning to all my loyal customers. We got catfish on the buffet today. All you can eat hush puppies whatever side you want with them. We got our salad bar, ready to go barbecue, hamburgers, chicken strips, chicken, fried steak steaks, and all your favorite appetizers. Come on out and see us. Remember tomorrow night steak night I’ll be grilling steaks out on the pit over Pecan Wood cut at your table to whatever thickness you want. Thanks again, Big Mike.
