- Stuffed Peppers, homemade and baked in a rich tomato sauce. With potato choice, green beans, (salad or soup) & a roll
- BBQ Ribs with honey bbq, potato choice, green beans (salad or soup) & a roll
- Southwest Salad with seasoned grilled chicken, cheddar, black beans, tomato, cucumber, hard boiled egg and crispy tortilla strips. Served with a bakery muffin

Multigrain Apple Pancakes with our vanilla-n-nutmeg multigrain pancakes topped with warm apples-n-glaze, powdered sugar and sweet brown sugar butter.
