Different special this week, the falafel. Falafel is basically a mixture of chick peas, fresh herbs and spices fried up like a hush puppy. We serve it on a toasted pita bread with lettuce, tomato, our homemade tzatziki sauce, and our almost famous pickles. A nice change of pace and also a vegetarian option… only open Tuesday and Wednesday to the public as we have private events Thursday and Friday this week for first fleet.
