I’m excited to share a vision that’s deeply personal to me. For over a decade, I’ve dedicated my life to wellness, plant-based nutrition, and empowering communities to live healthier lives. As a vegan chef, wellness coach, and fitness trainer since 2010, my mission has always been bigger than just food — it’s about healing, education, and access.

Through my brand, Vitiman Kandie, I’ve worked to create spaces where people can experience the power of plant-based living. Now I’m ready to take that mission even further.

I’ve launched a fundraiser to bring Vitiman Kandie’s Vegan Food & Wine Trailer to life. This mobile concept will allow me to travel throughout communities, serving fresh farm-to-table vegan meals, sharing wellness education, and offering free pull up wellness demo’s that inspire healthier lifestyles.

This project is also very close to my heart. After losing my father last April, continuing to build and grow this vision is part of how I honor his legacy and the resilience he taught me.

My goal is to raise $20,000 to purchase and build out the trailer so we can expand our reach and bring plant-based wellness directly to the people.

If you believe in supporting small businesses, community wellness, and expanding access to healthy food, I would truly appreciate your support — whether that’s through donating, sharing, or simply spreading the word.

Together we can bring healthier options and wellness education to more communities.

Thank you for believing in the vision. 💚

PSA‼️Vitiman Kandie is STILL OPEN.
Don’t count me out yet. ❤️‍🔥

This business was built with faith, sacrifice, sleepless nights, and a whole lot of heart. I’ve poured everything I have into this vision — even when it got heavy, even when it felt uncertain. I’m still here. I’m still standing.

Support. Support. Support.
