Pea Toast 🫛
One of our favorite spring rituals, returning each year with a slightly new expression.

This season’s version features fresh spring English peas, hand-ground into a tartare and dressed generously with olive oil, lemon, black pepper, and copious amounts of parmesan. It’s paired with whipped ricotta and served atop of our house wild ramp focaccia. Finished lovingly with toasted macadamia nuts and fresh torn mint.

A dish that’s grown with us over the years, and one of the clearest signs that spring has found its way back into our kitchen.

The night will lean into coastal wines paired with a seafood-forward menu meant to meet each other in all the right ways. Tom, Cordelia’s & ROSY’s wine curator, will be guiding the evening alongside Khloe / VINO.sips of Voyager. Promised to be a beautifully unforgettable night; we hope to spend it with you.

For a guy who’s constantly on the move these days, Chef Vinnie somehow still shows up for everything that matters. An amazing leader, an incredible father, a dear friend to so many, a confidant, a voice of reason, and someone people genuinely look up to.

He’s the first to celebrate everyone else, so today we’re making sure it’s about him.

10 years ago I met at Charleston wine and food, when we were both sous chefs. Fast forward, here we are now leading a signature dinner representing our people in our own restaurants.

This kitchen grinds. That french top is HOT. Our prep team starts early, our bakers keep these ovens full. The drive, passsion and decication of our culinary team is unmatched. They walk through these doors determined to grow and get 1% better each and every damn day. Hats off to you all. Give them a standing ovation for us.
